From Ga. 316 (Atlanta, Winder), continue east across the Athens Perimeter onto Epps Bridge Parkway. Go about 2 miles; Epps Bridge Parkway merges with the Atlanta Highway. Continue east. Immediately after the traffic light at Alps Road/Hawthorne Avenue, turn right into St. Mary’s Broad Street Entrance. Follow the driveway past the Emergency Center to the parking deck.
From U.S. 78, (Monroe, Loganville) exit onto Ga. 316 and follow the directions above.

if you are coming from Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport, the fastest route under normal conditions is to take I-20 east, turn left onto Ga. 138 in Conyers, then take U.S. 78 east from Monroe to Athens.
From U.S. 441 (Watkinsville): Take the Athens Perimeter (Loop 10) west and north to Epps Bridge parkway. Go east (right), merge onto the Atlanta Highway, continue through the traffic light at Alps Road/Hawthorne Avenue and turn right onto St. Mary’s Broad Street Entrance. Follow the driveway past the Emergency Center to the parking deck.
From U.S. 78 (Lexington, Augusta), Athens Ben Epps Airport and College Station Road: Take the Athens Perimeter (Loop 10) north. After the Old Hull Road exit, take the cloverleaf on the right to stay on Loop 10; do not continue on U.S. 29 toward Danielsville. Back on Loop 10, go to the Prince Avenue/Jefferson Highway exit. Turn left, then take the first right onto Hawthorne Avenue. Continue on Hawthorne across Broad Street onto Alps Road. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Baxter Street. St. Mary’s is located on the left about 0.25 miles from Alps Road.
Ga. 72 (Hull, Comer), U.S. 29 (Danielsville, Ila), and U.S. 441 (Commerce): Take the Athens Perimeter (Loop 10) west to the Prince Avenue/Jefferson Highway exit. Turn left, then take the first right onto Hawthorne Avenue. Continue on Hawthorne across Broad Street onto Alps Road. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Baxter Street. St. Mary’s is located on the left about 0.25 miles from Alps Road.
Take Loop 10 to the Oglethorpe Avenue/Tallassee Road exit. Turn east (toward Athens) onto Oglethorpe Avenue. Turn left into the Resource Medical office park. In the parking lot, turn left. St. Mary’s Industrial Medicine is located in the third building.
From Ga. 316, take the Oconee Connector north (right if coming from Athens; left if coming from Winder/Atlanta). Turn left onto Jennings Mill Road. Cross the Athens Perimeter overpass. Highland Hills will be on the right. Alternate route: From the Atlanta Highway (Ga. 8), turn onto Jennings Mill Road just east of the Athens Perimeter. Go approximately 1 mile; Highland Hills will be on the left.
Take Loop 10 to the Oglethorpe Avenue/Tallassee Road exit. Turn east (toward Athens) onto Oglethorpe Avenue. Turn left into the Resource Medical office park. In the parking lot, turn left. St. Mary’s Home Health Care/Hospice Services office is located in the second building. Note: No patient care services are available at this office.
Take Loop 10 or Epps Bridge Parkway to Ga. 316 west. Go to the Oconee Connector and turn left. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Daniells Bridge Road, go 0.6 mile and enter The Exchange parking area on the left. St.. Mary’s outpatient center is in the building on your right.
Take Mars Hill Road to Daniells Bridge Road, turn right, go 0.6 mile and enter The Exchange parking area on the left. St.. Mary’s outpatient center is in the building on your right.
Take Ga. 316 (or U.S. 78 to Ga. 316) eastbound toward Athens. Turn right at the Oconee Connector. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Daniells Bridge Road, go 0.6 mile and enter The Exchange parking area on the left. St.. Mary’s outpatient center is in the building on your right.
