*Family Membership Policy: Family memberships are defined as two or more family members that reside at the same address.  Family membership is a Couple Membership with one child between ages 13 – 18 added on to the membership.  Additional children may be added to the membership for $5.00 per child per month.

**Health Evaluation Fee:  Charged to new members only and includes an initial fitness assessment and exercise prescription along with a personal training session.

Corporate/Student#:  Discounted corporate memberships are available to a business with 5 or more employees enrolled as members.  Students must present proof of current enrollment.

Automatic Draft Policy: The automatic draft payment option is provided as a convenience to those wishing to take advantage of regular monthly payments.  The Health Evaluation Fee is required at the time of sign up along with the first month's payment.  Thereafter the authorized checking/charge account will be drafted monthly.  Drafts can be cancelled five days before the next draft is due.
