St. Mary’s Outpatient Infusion and Wound Care Suite can help patients of all ages manage a wide range of conditions such as anemia, asthma, Crohn’s Disease, immune deficiencies, rheumatoid arthritis and non-healing wounds. Our skilled, compassionate registered nurses are trained to help you maximize your health and avoid inpatient hospital stays.

Ambulatory Infusion

Performs injections, blood transfusions and IV infusions for numerous antibiotics and medications.

Wound care

Provides care and education for patients with non-healing wounds caused by or related to:

  • Diabetes
  • Pressure
  • Surgery
  • Trauma
  • Venous stasis

Services include wound debridement, negative pressure wound therapy, Unna boot application and more.

About our staff

Our Registered Nurses specialize in infusion and wound care. Together, our team has more than 40 years of specialized experience in these areas. We provide a comfortable and relaxed environment to minimize stress and maximize healing.

Location and hours

St. Mary’s Outpatient Infusion and Wound Care Suite is located on St. Mary’s 1st Floor, close to parking, Registration and the Atrium Lobby. Our nurses are committed to meeting your scheduling and medical needs to reduce the amount of time you must spend at your appointment and help ensure you receive the care you need, when you need it. Appointments generally are scheduled for weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Registration

You will need a physician order and your physician will set up your first appointment for you. When you arrive at the hospital, please park in St. Mary’s parking deck and check in at Patient Registration before coming to the infusion/wound care suite. Please note that parking fees will apply; if this is a hardship for you, please talk to your nurse.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. St. Mary’s accepts most major insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid and PeachCare, and will file your insurance claim for you. For patients without insurance, St. Mary’s financial counselors can arrange payment plans and help you apply for programs for which you may be eligible. As a Catholic, non-profit hospital, St. Mary’s may be able to provide charity care for persons with no other means of payment.
