for their baby’s birth. In addition to our modern and comfortable
birthing center, we offer a comprehensive selection of classes and
support groups not only for mom, but for dad, baby and older siblings,

Provides information on the general appearance and characteristics
of a newborn, specifics of baby care making the transition from
hospital to home, baby-proofing your home, proper car seat use and

St. Mary’s Breastfeeding Support Group provides information,
answers to your questions, and support from other mothers and professionals.

Discusses breastfeeding options for women returning to work or school.
Also discusses different types of pumps and their use. Sample pumps

Get information, answers to your questions, and support from professionals

Taught by one of St. Mary's certified childbirth educators. Helps you and your partner/coach be active participants in the birth of your baby. Classes meet at St. Mary's Hospital. Helps children ages 3 to 8 learn what to expect when the new baby
arrives. Each child should bring a newborn-sized doll or stuffed
animal and must be accompanied by an adult. A tour of the nursery

Prepares the expectant family for their birth experience at St.
Mary’s. Answers questions you may have about labor and delivery,
post-partum, newborn nursery, when to call the doctor, and more.
