Extra Gentle Yoga
Yoga seeks to promote health and well being through physical activity.
This class helps develop balance and coordination and includes gentle
stretching to improve flexibility. Thursdays, 5:30 p.m. $36 for
six weeks. Registration is required, classes fill up quickly.
Basic Pilates
The Pilates Method is a conditioning program that improves muscle
control, flexibility, strength and tone. It works many of the deeper
muscles together, improving coordination and balance, to achieve
efficient and graceful movement. Mondays, 5:30 p.m. $36 for six
weeks.
Intermediate Pilates – The Next Level
The next level, for experienced Pilates students and beginning students
who are ready to advance to a more challenging workout than is possible
at the basic level. Registration required. Mondays or Thursdays,
7:15 p.m. $36 for 6 week session. Call 706/769-3700 for more information.
Jazzercise
Get moving with this fun, high energy program. St. Mary's Women's
Resource Center, 1586 Mars Hill Road in the Windridge Professional
Park. Classes meet five days a week, including Saturdays. Certified

Basic Yoga
Our basic yoga class introduces beginning students to breathing
techniques, meditation and asana, the physical postures that form
the core of yoga. Enjoy essential yoga stretching, movement and
breathing exercises to promote flexibility, deep relaxation and
stress release. This class is appropriate for people of all levels
of flexibility, strength and experience. Registration is required.
