St. Mary’s Laboratory Services provide a full range of state-of-the-art laboratory testing, from routine blood-work to the diagnosis of pathogens and cancers. The laboratory is fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists and the American Association of Blood Banks. St. Mary’s around-the-clock lab provides reliable, accurate results to assist your physician with your care. Highly skilled medical technologists, medical laboratory technicians, and phlebotomists staff the lab 24 hours a day, seven days a week. St. Mary’s board-certified pathologists are available for physician consultations, and our fully licensed Blood Bank provides whole blood and other blood products for patients at St. Mary’s Hospital.

St. Mary’s Laboratory, in conjunction with St. Mary’s Pharmacy, operates a convenient Coumadin Clinic five days a week to help people using blood thinning medications monitor and control their medication. Please call (706) 389-2389 for an appointment.

• St. Mary’s Hospital – 1230 Baxter St., Athens. Patients should park in the parking deck and then register at Patient Registration on the 1st Floor, open weekdays from 6 am to 5 pm. During other times, please register in St. Mary's Emergency Department. Coumadin Clinic services are available by appointment.
  
  
• St. Mary’s Outpatient Diagnostic, Rehab and Wellness Center – at The Exchange, 2470 Daniells Bridge Road, Athens, just off Ga. 316 near Loop 10 (see map). This collection center is staffed by the same compassionate, experienced professionals you trust from St. Mary’s Hospital. Convenient parking. Coumadin Clinic and Glucose Tolerance testing available by appointment only. Open 7:30–12 and 12:30–4:30 Monday – Friday except holidays.
  
  
• St. Mary’s Industrial Medicine – at Medical Resource Park, 1500 Oglethorpe Ave., Suite 2400, Athens. Easy access from anywhere in Northeast Georgia via the Athens Perimeter/Loop 10. Convenient parking. Open weekdays 8 am to 5 pm, except closed from 12:30–1:30 pm.
